When you log in to your account, you can find your business name at the top right hand corner of the page. Click on it and then go to Profile to change it.

When logged in to your account, go to Profile Edit and click on the blue 'Hide My Profile' button.

You can always send messages after your quote has gone through. Go to the Job Page, click ‘View Messages’ and then scroll down. You'll see the Send Message box. Write your message there and we will email it to the client right away.

A follow up email to a client after sending quotation is a great way to maintain interaction. This kind of message is meant to strengthen relationship with a client and pique interest for your proposed service. As a rule, it comes in the form of soft-core inquiry of the necessity to provide any additional data to the quote you sent.

It would be best to ask the client to log in to their Tree N Garden and Home Maintenance account and click on 'Hire' next to your quote. They can also leave a feedback which will be posted on your profile on the site.

If your client is unable to do this, you can ask them to contact us by phone or by email so we can help them out.

Just ask your friend to go to www.treengarden.com and click on ‘Sign Up’ or ‘Get a Quote’ to get started.

Click on your name at the top right hand corner of the page then go to Profile. You can upload photos and add them to your Home Page and Gallery.

We can't change the title of a job once it has been posted. If it's not a big deal, we recommend that you leave it as it is. If it's a big issue and the heading is completely wrong, click the ‘Stop Quoting’ button on the Job Page and then post a new job with the correct information

Clients can click on “Choose Tradies’ under their business name. This will prompt our system to send a notification to the winning business that they won the job. However, this is not always the case because negotiation continues over the phone and not all clients are keen on updating the job status regularly.

Just type your question in the search box to get instant answers. For better results, type more than one word and use a question phrasing. If you don't find a match try rephrasing your question. You can also contact us via phone or email.

Log into your account and open the job listing. You'll be able to see the attachment at the bottom of the job description. Click the 'Delete' link below the photo to remove it.

Yes, simply login to your account and send a link to request feedback even if the job was completed 12 months ago. The link from your account will enable clients to provide feedback without logging in to their accounts.

Click on “Get Quotes”. Specify what you need to get done and we will forward the details to local tradies and handymen. It is completely FREE to post a job and get quotes.

Yes, absolutely. Simply log back in to your account then click on the "Job Details" tab of the post that you wish to update. Click on 'EDIT' next to the job description. Click on “SAVE” when you’re done.

Go to the Job Page where all the quotes you received and corresponding matches are listed. Login to your account or follow the link in a recent email from us to access this page. At the upper portion there is a button to stop receiving quotes. Click on it.

Unfortunately, once a job has been approved and sent to local tradies/handymen, we can no longer edit the job title. However, if the status is still “Pending Approval”, contact us immediately during business hours so we can edit the title before the job is approved.

Click on “Leave Feedback” or click “Update Status” on your Job Page. You can also click “Rate This Tradie” when viewing a quote you received for your job post. Alternatively, you can search the name of the tradie or handyman and give your feedback

Just continue filling out the form to post a job. The form itself will ask you for a password and confirm it.

You can set your password to anything you like as long as it is at least six (6) characters long. We recommend using a strong password though to better secure your account. A strong password is one that consists of more characters, a combination of upper and lower case letters, and includes numbers and special characters

Remember that your username is your email address. If you've forgotten your password, please reset it here.

Clicking on the “Forgot your password?” link will send you an email with instructions on how to change your password. The link in that email will direct you to a page that asks you for a new password and confirm it. The old password is definitely not required.

If you are seeing differently, please take a screenshot and send it to us so we can solve the issue for you.

This could be an issue with your browser's cache which stores passwords for you. There are instances when it still logs you in using your old password, even after you’ve changed it. In this case, go to the Tools or Options menu of your browser and find the section where you can clear your cache and stored passwords.

Note that the Tools or Options menu is different depending on whether you are using Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera or Safari.

On Chrome, it can be done in the History section via Clear Browsing Data.

This can be caused by a couple of things:

First, you may have had a typo in your email address when you signed up with us. Call or email us for assistance.

Second, you browser may have been logging you in using an old password. Try clearing your cache and browsing history and then log in again.
